Mar23=261.0 - totally happy with this!!! :)
Mar30=260.5 welp - didn't quite make my goal, but i'm making improvements so i'm very excited!!!!!

I've definitely slipped this past week and I'm rededicating. It's hard work...we all know that, so I'm not making any excuses and I'm not beating myself up. Just moving forward and reminding myself of my goals. Any support is totally welcome! :)

I ALMOST made my goal, but admittedly the goal was set extremly high lol. I Adjusted the other goals down a little :D

TOM this week. I was 167 but it went up. At least I know it will go down for next week if I can keep the chocolate cravings at bay;)

If I ever get out of the 180's I'm having some kind of party. I've had a little of the monthly bloating business, not a bad as usual. I have been lifting the last 2 weeks and I think that is part of they weight not changing. My body is changing, things are fitting better or getting too big. My diet could improve a bit more nutrition wise.

I feel so fat. Why do I always feel fat when I'm losing weight, yet when I'm a porker, I am completely unaware...?

Yah, I think you're right. Gotta get my mind on something else tonite. Methinks I'm obsessing a wee bit and need to get out and have some FUN. I'm doing my taxes tomorrow and out for coffee with a friend...but need something better!!:D

My cycle arrived early this morning, so I've not been surprised by my daily weigh-ins at 262. I'm still working out well and doing well with my eating (90%) of the time, so I'm happy! Plus, I can tell my body really has changed and will keep on changing.

Wow, look how long this thread is getting.

I can say that I am sick to death of the 180's. I can't seem to get out of them with different approaches. At least I am getting closer to the end and not going back up.
