I am having surgery on the 26th of March so knowing that my weight would fluctuate after my surgery I am making the 23rd my last weigh day. I will post on the 30th but goals will be out the window for the recovery time which is six weeks! I am assuming the my weight will go up as I can't exercise at the intensity I do now and that I will be needing to take it easy... not to mention swelling! I am very nervous but it is something that needs to be fixed (umbelical hernia).. so wish me luck:)

Sure enough, a week after surgery, my weight stabilized. I'm resolved to eat heatlhy this week and walk to work. Won't be able to go to the gym probably for another couple weeks.
 
Good to hear 2skinny! I am having surgery next Monday and I am soooo nervous!!! glad your doing ok:)

I am tired of losing the same 5# over and over again. I have been working out well the last 1.5 weeks, but the food intake still bites, seem to of lost my will power. But, I can tell my body is changing, some scrubs and workout things are fitting better. Next week I am losing new lbs.

This is my last weigh day that I am counting. Monday is my surgery. I am feeling better about it. this week has been tough. PMS caused me to gain like 3 lbs and I was so hoping to see a 170 this morning. It actually too me a few times to get a weight that was stable this morning... one of the times said 170:D lol but for the most part I was around 171.2... gotta be honest lol. but I have a few days until Monday to see that 170!! wish me luck:)

Wow, I'm all over the map...past the worst in my surgery and stabilizing finally. I think my body is no longer hanging on to every morsel of calorie in it's self-protective mode after surgery. I feel impatient to get walking and to the gym, but have to take it easy still.

I am so in on this one...I have been batteling my weight for years now and I have lost a lot but I still have a ways to go. I am applying at the local police force for hostage negotation and I have a wedding to go to in Hawaii in August, so that is what caused me to join today!

I need to get in gear and get this done. I want to be happy in Hawaii and not worrying about my fat while I am on the beach and I want to be fit enough to get this job since that is what I spent 5 years going to school for.

You would think that all that would be enough motivation for me...but no...here I am ....have not lost in a year now...

Good luck everyone! I am going for 130-120 by august!
