2phat- A pound is a pound and look!! You have lost 11 so far! That is great!! I am so glad to still see people posting! I made my goal a day late but darn it I made it!! I changed my goals a bit for this challenge as I have made my first quarter goal:) I am starting to think my ultimate goal is doable! I have a whole year to lose 40lbs.... seems like a lot but then I see how far I have come... yippeeeee! :D

:D I didn't get to post last week and I am late posting this week but I now weigh 259 which means I am down like 11lbs in 2 weeks, I think it's where I started WW again..

i expected this b/c around my cycle time my weight always goes haywire and on monday i was actually 267, so by wednesday i'll probably be right back at 263.5. doc says it's mostly water and not to worry - it's normal. on the upside anyway - from my last inches evaluation...i've lost 1 inch in my waist, 1 in my hips, so that's that exciting!

This week I stayed about the same. I am so sick though and it is making exercising hard! I am hoping to be solidly in the 170's by the end of February though. Good job everyone!!
