Way to get your workouts in!!

Leg weights, how cool!! Who cares if you look silly, you're going to be building that muscle which will pull your skin tight. Keep it up girl!

You'll move past the plateau. I've hit a few here and there too, but just keep doing your thing and your body will give.

I almost always lose one week, then nothing the next.

Thanks girl but it's really frustrating me. I almost want to say f*** it and go eat some serious food.:rant: This week is the same. No loss. Don't worry I won't give up but I've thought about it.:icon_bs:

I know it's not a funny matter, but I laughed when I read that.

I know what you mean. I want some serious food too! No playing around, something fried that I can dip in a creamy sauce. lol

Sounds like you need a cheat day! If you do cheat, make sure you ENJOY it and don't beat yourself up about it later.

Southwestern Egg Rolls? That's what I'm craving.
 
You'll get past the plateau, gotta mix it up if you can. Try different foods if you are eating the same thing each week. That might help.

You're going to lose big this week! Believe it!!!

I've been getting up in the mornings and doing my power walks and I've using my bands for my upper body and been doing squats and donkey kicks and the stairs for my lower body. I have some legs weights I might start using for my walks (even though they look funny). My weight has just sort of stopped dropping which is driving me crazy.
Good job on the workouts! It's very possible that you are just gaining a little muscle weight... the fat weight will still drop off... I have a great total body band workout if you're interested. If you did a total body circuit three days a week and then did abs on the other 2 days, you would definitely help with the fat loss cuz the circuit keeps your heart rate up... counts as more cardio AND weight training! Either way, keep up the hard work! You're doing great! The weight will come off, just don't get discouraged!!!
 
Thanks for the encouragement everyone. Still working out pretty much everyday, except weekends mostly(those are the days to sit on my butt). Eating pretty good but Sunday and Monday I blew it with some serious pizza. You know what? I don't regret it one bit. It was tasty. I am having issues with the challenge this week though. I have no idea what to eat that is new to me. There is plenty that I haven't tried but I think I haven't tried them for a reason. lol I better fing something tho otherwise I will miss out on some serious points. Have a great week everyone!
 
Try some new fruits, that shouldn't be too hard.

A new grain would be easy too.

Try a new fish, that works as well.

Don't forfeit the points!! We can do this.
 
Don't blame ya on the pizza and I agree with MJ on the food.... There has to be things you could try... My suggestion? Go to the grocery store. Walk through the produce area. Anything you haven't tried, take a bite and then walk away... this way you'll get all 7 foods wiped out at once AND you won't have to spend any money!!! :smilielol5: JUST KIDDING!!

lol. ok, ok I get it!:willy_nilly: Sorry everyone I very rarely post in here any more. Shorty came home this week and we spent a lot of time getting her ready for school and enrolled in school. We worked out this week and it was great having here because we would wait till the sun went down and walked 4 to 5 miles each night.

I have my second interview for a part time job on Wednesday. If I get in I will be working 5:30a.m to 6:00p.m. daily. So when you see even less of me you'll know why. But don't you all worry I'm still in this. I'm just going to be a little tired:ack2:
