God I Need Help

Today I go tup at the butt crack of dawn and went for a nice brisk walk up the a**kickin hill for an hour and I stayed within my points. I'm up way past my bed time right now but I will get up in the morning and do it all over again.

I'm doin it for my HOOTERS

Pick up some weights, cheap dumbbells,carry them on your walks and pump it!! Go 2 for 2 on those points! We need it! We are getting our bootys smacked this week.

I know I need to go get some weights and just take them on my walks or do some weights while watching t.v. after work. I'll go today and get some cuz I'm sure there are sales everywhere this weekend.
 
Get some bands LeeLee. I have GREAT workouts for bands... you can do them at home or wherever... PERFECT way to get your weight training in AND cheap! Just get a little set of like three different colors (strengths). The set should come with handles and some come with foot straps too.... You can get them at Wal-Mart or a sporting goods store. I would LOVE to help you set up a workout that you can fit into your schedule. :D

Borrow some of my Jillian Michaels CD's or my pilates. You can do them in your front room and get your weight resistance points in because you'll be working all your major muscle groups.

Some examples of things you can do right at home:
push ups
squats
lunges
jump rope
jumping jacks
crunches of all sorts
supermans (works lower back)

Let me know if you want me to show you some of these...

Definately girl! That would be greatly appreciated. I can't get to crazy with some of the workouts tho because I do live live above some1 and they might not like it to much if I was jumping around. lol
 
Yeah, probably not a good idea to do jump rope in your 3rd floor apartment. The neighbors might send you a nasty gram.

Great job on the weight loss this week. Way to drop that camping weight and then some. Bow chicka wow wow!!

Ok some of you are wondering "where is she?" Here I am!! lol I've been eating pretty decent but I think I may have hit a plateau so I got to figure a way to change things up. Been working out pretty regularly as well but I need to change that up too. But I will continue to do the best I can.
 
I've been getting up in the mornings and doing my power walks and I've using my bands for my upper body and been doing squats and donkey kicks and the stairs for my lower body. I have some legs weights I might start using for my walks (even though they look funny). My weight has just sort of stopped dropping which is driving me crazy.

GOOD job on staying consistent and DOING IT....sounds like you need a routine change...maybe.....as well with food....:)
