God I Need Help

Hey leelee! I don't think I've ever been to your page before, but I'm on the same Vegas team as you, so I thought I'd drop by and say hello :)
 
I've been eating really well this week and when I stepped on my scale it said I was down 4 lbs from last week. I think most of the loss is from my monthly visitor leaving the water weight behind.

I've been drinking a ton of water (about 96oz a day) and yet I still feel dehydrated. I know you body can only absorb about an oz an hour and my poor body was dehydrated for awhile. Now I'm taking messures to hydrate myself so I can train for the half marathon in October.

It's time get this body in shape! I feel pretty good with the weight loss now I need to tighten everything up so I can get into my Hooters outfit for Vegas and not scare small children. lol

Amen to that! I want people to think we're ACTUAL HOOTERS GIRLS when they see all of us! Ha! WE CAN DO IT!!!!

I think going up and down the stairs should count as cardio but I would think you would have to do it relatively quickly rather than over a 12hr period...otherwise I'll start counting my walk to the bathroom and my walk to the printer...oh and my walk to lunch. hahaha

Today I go tup at the butt crack of dawn and went for a nice brisk walk up the a**kickin hill for an hour and I stayed within my points. I'm up way past my bed time right now but I will get up in the morning and do it all over again.

I'm doin it for my HOOTERS
