Wow that's big talk for such a little thing. I don't know about you smashing us. We all have a fire lit under our behinds so you better be careful. lol
I totally agree about the pot. We need to figure out what the winning team will get(that would be the HOOTERS of course) Let the games begin.

But in all fairness all of us will be winners in this since we are going to be smaller than we are now and isn't that what it's all about? I wish everyone competing the best of luck and health.

Quick question. Does hauling two big hampers up and down three flights of stairs count as cardio. I think so but I don't want to be a cheater so let me know.

That is a good question. If you did 30 minutes of going up and down stairs, with or without laundry, that should count.. I'll check and see what the parameters are.
