Sorry I've been a total slacker for the last two weeks. New job and being sick took a lot out of me. However this is a new week and I plan on kickin some major bootie. I'll holla at my girls later. TTFN
 
I like what I am hearing! It's a journey, not a race. We are making changes for the better and I'm looking forward to all of us being healthier and happier going into 2008. Stay strong and get to the gym girlie! We have 12 days left until the 1/2 marathon. Can't wait! OUUU!
 
Ok I got my butt up at 5 and went jogging/walking for about a mile and a half today. My food intake has been pretty consistant and I feel like I can get back on track again.

My girl is right. It's not a race but a journey and I have a long road ahead of me. Thanks girl.
 
YEEAAHHH HOOOEEEYYY!!! Go girl! Way to get up and get moving. I'm so proud of ya! Keep up the awesome work. I'm feeling pretty motivated right now and hopefully I can exude some of that onto you! We can do this. I want to look good at Halloween and even better in Vegas! Bow chicka wow wow. Maybe we'll hook up with some hottie chippendales after their show!!
 
Today I had to be at work at 6:30 and got off at 6:00 no working out for me today. I plan on stretching all week and work on some upper-body things. Ate 1100 calories today and that's about it for now.
 
Great job girlie! Can you believe the 1/2 marathon is this Sunday? Man did it sneak up on us or what! LOL We got Halloween fastly approaching followed by Vegas. Let's keep the weight loss and working out going! OOUUU!!

Girl!! You did so freakin' awesome yesterday at the 1/2 marathon. Way to go! I know you are nice and sore today but just remember to drink lots of fluids and walk around to loosen up your leg muscles. I'm hurting pretty good to. My quadri-ceps just started going jello like on me and every once in a while I feel my legs getting loose on my and I stumble. It's like they have a mind of their own!!

Ok we made it through our first 1/2 marathon. Barely. lol I am motivated to keep working towards the next adventure and I hope I have my girls right there with me. Couldn't have done without them.

What do you think? 4 mile marathon next? I don't want to do another 13 mile for at least 6 months, maybe longer!!

Ok now I have the next thing to work towards. Halloween. Then just a couple of weeks after that is Vegas. Then shortly thereafter is New Years, then my birthday. So really no down time for a while, which is good cuz that means I'll be looking good for summer. Oh yeah baby. woohoo
 
You are absolutely correct girlie! Our Halloween Party is one week from tomorrow! Crazy! And then Vegas is quickly following. It's time to step it in to high gear and really focus on our work outs and eating healthy. Can't wait to see you and Shorty tomorrow...let's keep on keepin' on w/our daily struggle to slim down :hug2:
 
I don't know what got into me this last week but I hate horribly and I ate alot. Next weekend is our parties and I think I gained weight not lost it for halloween. This week is going to be some serious work on trying to drop a couple of lbs. Wish me luck every1 and good luck to you all.

So today I finally got off my butt and went running for the first time in two weeks. I'm also doing laundry which is work in itself cuz I have to take all the loads up and down 3 stories.

I've been eating pretty good so maybe I can drop a couple of lbs for Vegas.

Ok it's a new day and my challenge starts now. I have to be at work toearly today but I'm going to eat well and move as much as possible.

Tomorrow I will get up and workout for at least an hour. I'll post more later.
