Goal: To lose 30 lbs by 25 dec!

Hello everyone!
I shall keep it short and simple.
I wanna lose 30lbs by 25 dec coz well.. its christmas and i am going to meet someone really impt who i havent met in a really long time! I have gained alot of weight and i hope to lose it by then!

Stats:
Age: 17
Height: 5"
Starting weight: 129 lbs
Current BMI: 25.2
Goal weight: 100 lbs

Do give me your support and any tips :)
I will try my best to update this space although i have having major exams soon!

I'm aiming for the same target as you for December (although mines 30 as a part of my total of like, 60 haha) but it is one of my short term goals! Although I do think, don't think of Dec 25 as a, "I'm gonna meet this person, I want to look hot then I can go eat whatever I want again again" cos trust me as someone who has yoyo dieted many a time, if you just do that it'll probably get gained back (I hope you don't though!)

What type of plan or whatever are you thinking of doing?

I have downloaded an app on my phone called mynetdiary and it says in order to meet my goal i have to maintain a calorie balance of 1026 calories so i guess i'm aiming for that! It seems low and its really due to my height haha!

I guess i am planning to eat 3 meals a day with snacks in between and exercise if i overshoot the 1026 kcal! Idk if what i am doing is right x_x
 
I love phone apps!! I'm using LoseIt on my Iphone.
If 1026 is a bit low don't be afraid to raise up that cal/day count. The end result will still be leaner sexy you! I'm at 1382cal/day and I dont find it very much.

Mcdonald hot cakes w/ syrup

Quite horrible.. cos my dad ordered this and kinda forced me to eat :(

Lunch:

Egg McMuffin

- 300 kcal

No one cooked and this was left over

Snack:


Old Gold 70% cocoa dark chocolate (5 piece)

- 136 kcal

Dinner:

Positrium Meal Replacement milk (I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED HERE ACCORDING TO PLAN. NEED TO LEARN TO CONTROL!!) - 165kcal

Stir fry veges - 76 kcal

Steamed fish - 210 kcal

Minced pork - 167 kcal

Korean rice cakes - 71 kcal

- 688 kcal

Total intake: 1519

And green tea! (i do not count calories for this)

Exercise:

Elliptical for 44 mins

- 290 kcal

Total balance: 1229

How can i control myself :/
Well atleast I did exercise and im proud of myself ^^
