Goal: 18% Body Fat

i've neglected this journal long enough.
been drenched in work and is the reason it's 3a.m. and i'm still up.

eventually made it past 185!! yay! and i'm no longer "obese". amazingly i've stuck perfectly to the diet. and i plan on finishing this off.

and discovered jillian michaels 30 day shred- my new obsession- dropped the running for now.. just not convenient with my schedule but i'll pic it back up when i hit 155 by end of october??

will post pics, stats, measurements as soon as i get a chance.
 
The weather here has been great. Just got back from an hour/4 mile power walk. At the request of a personal trainer, I now wear wrist weights to increase my heart rate. Keeping to my promise I work out atleast 5 days a week and will continue to do so probably forever :)

I'm taking a break from the program until the end of September. It's a good way to see how easily i maintain the weight loss, not expecting much more. The plan has special protocols for such things when people haven't yet completed their goals.

For years friends have been telling me about enemas and how great they are, supposedly better than colon cleanses. Now that I'm becoming health conscious :patriot: and reading evrything i can get my hands on, i found this:


I'm planning on doing it when i restart my program and will report back (in case you really need to know).
