Goal: 18% Body Fat

This is really embarrassing to admit but I gained all the weight in the past year! It's been a very chaotic year and I wasn't paying attention AT ALL to what i was putting down my throat. Gaining 70 lbs in such a very short period of time is very unhealthy. And I'm confident the weight will come off quickly because my body just isn't used to storing so much fat. Praying.

Admittingly, the program is a bit drastic. Supposedly the accupuncture tricks the body into burning only fat. I keep a daily log of my lean body mass index so I will post the results when i reach my first goal and compare.

This is the only diet program i have ever done. I hate to say i'm experimenting with my body but essentially that is what i'm doing here.

Did my workout today for about 40 mintues. Now I'm off to make some juice- carrots, cucumbers & oranges... yummy!

Just completed The Firm's Ultimate Cardio with a transfirmer for 45 minutes burning 519 calories!!

Today is raining here and couldn't get out to walk the 2 miles BUT i have made a great discovery. The firm workouts are much more challenging then just walking so i'm changing my workouts to 5 days alternating cardio and strength/toning dvd's

just finished exercising and can confidently say that i am seriously out of shape :puke: but i completed the dvd

Calories burned = 638


I haven't been perfect with my diet but tomorrow i start the next 2 fruit/veggie days and will really work at it this time

Ukh, my water weight is up which explains the dramatic decline in body fat %. The good thing about doing the body compostion everyday is you really do learn alot about your body. Even if it's not 100% accurate it's very consistent for an $80 scale.
 
In an attempt to keep very strict on this diet program, I'm keeping a public food journal starting today:
 
I just plugged in my weight and this is what I got in return:

Daily calories burned: 2871
Tanita scale has my resting metabolic rate at ~2700

Who invented planks?? they hurt! can't wait for this 6 inch layer of fat to come off
