only one bicep huh dex?? lol, well at least you're symmetrical with only one quad... im with dex on this one, and if you wanna post, put it in the lounge..

this truly who i am and i want to know if this is good start for my age :D

1.age - 14
2.weight - 100-105 (i gain and lose weight at this range dont know y lol)
3.bicep - i hope u mean by how much i can do with biceps (10-20 lbs.)
4.quad - never weightlift my legs
5.calf - never weightlift my legs
6.chest - yes i do have one i dont have man breast
7.bench - bench press almost my weight :D
8.squat - have no idea that is

so wat u guys think?

yeah backfired thread !!!
lol any ways um "body builder", body builders generally work there whole body not just there arms.... and it doesnt show alot for how much weight u can lift it also involves how many reps ect.
