I've been working out since sophmore year of highschool. I'm 6ft, 189lbs, and I dont really have the discipline to watch what I eat like a hawk to lose the 14lbs I want to

If you know a meal that aids in losing body fat, or mutiple meals I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, some new routines would be clutch, and some music people like listening to while working out.
