give me an opinion

I'm new to the forum and to improving my body. I just started excercising about 5 weeks ago. I am upto jogging 3 miles 5x per week and do total body sculpt on fittv with gilead every other day..I have checked my bmr its somewhere around 100-1600 cal..I am about 15 pounds overweight still and want to improve my health..How many cals do I really need to loose weight? I eat a low cal, low fat diet of lean fish, turkey, and lots of fresh/steamed veggies and fruits. I have a really well rounded diet without a lot of junk. I also, suppliment diet with whey protein shakes..What and how much should i be eating? How do I get rid' of the lovely extra weight/fat safely as possible? thank you..you guys have wonderful forum...
 
I forgot to mention I already do drink more than 8 glasses of water and eat approximately every three hours but small calorie meals around 200-300 cal 4-5 times a day..nothing like dressings or that kinda stuff..really pretty healthy..for dinner tonight i had a steamed salmon fillet, asparagus, brussle sprouts, light whole wheat dinner roll(homemade), and cantaloupe, milk, water(was 294 cal)..really decent meals...just don't know how much to eat....sorry for the lenght of my post..
 
please post your stats: age, weight, height, gender, job/daily lifestyle (seated work, construction worker, etc).

1000-1600 BMR is a very broad sounding estimate...so I think you may be a little off.
 
OK..I'm a 5 foot 4 inch female and 32 years old..I have a mild activity at work bus drive/teacher...But I jogg 5x per week, walk 3x per week, and strength train 3x per week, in addition to working and the daily house cleaning chores ect...I've read the stickies about how many cal per day and googled on net and found so many different opinions...Please give me direction...Thank you..
 
Forgot to mention I weigh approximately 152..But when I started I was at 180..I guess I've had some success, but seem to have stopped loosing and trying to figure why...
 
I also started to loss wait 3 months ago i was on 170lbs lost 20 lbs in 2 months but in last month my weight is on the same position no change. can anyone tell me whats the reason for it ?
