Started keeping a "food diary" again. I forgot how much it really helps. Also, MEASURING what I eat also is a big one! I usually just guesstimate, but underestimating my portions can add up in the long-run.
And I am finally telling myself that it's NOT all or nothing...
I am human and can make mistakes and not hate myself for them lol. Beating myself up about little things is not going to help, it just leads to stressful eating.
