Getting to my ideal weight

Hi

Breakfast: milk coffee with small spoon of sugar
Snack: 7-8 strawberries
Lunch: 2 wheat bread, lentils, spinach and cheese
Snack: 1 glass apple juice, half apple, sandwhich (2 white bread, cheese, sundried tomato, olives)
Dinner: 1 wheat bread, leftover lentils and spinach, apple and grapes

i also need to buy fruits...there are a very few left

30 min walk

Snack: 10 rasberries a nd 10 grapes
Lunch: Red beans and 2 wheat bread and 3 bite sized lindt milk chocolates
Snack: orange, sandwhich (wheatoat bread, cheese, sun dried tomato and black olives)
I felt bored so I ate a chocolate filled cookie..its 70 calories for one cookie and not good...easily avoided..but the absence of anything interesting leads me to overeat..or eat junk...i need to have something interesting to do..something nice to think about ...else i will just keep on eating.
Dinner: to be done but it will be left overs..really what to have some nice indulgence like cold coffee icecream or some nice smoothie...however with 3 bite sized chocs and one cookie..there is no scope for indulgence today...my quota for unhealthy food is finished....i should get up. speak with someone, do something..before lack of interest engulfs me to eat more....

Edit: well I did get up and speak with ppl... Went out with three ppl
for snacks.... I had tomato based pasta... N then skipped dinndr
