getting tired to quick?

I have a little problem where ill start my workout good a steady giving it my all then towards like the 15-25 min period ill just slowly start to slow down and get lazy and feel just plain pooped out. What could be causing this? Lack of sleep? No carbs? Should i maybe bring a coke with me and few pieces of candy?

Try creatine and improve your preworkout meal.

You do have to build up intensity and duration. Start with a few exercises and add one per session per week until you're at a volume that you want.

Don't eat anything sugary during the training. It can induce hypoglycemic reactions resulting in fatigue, dizzyness and sometimes even fainting.

I'd suspect either lack of sleep, or low blood sugar due to improper pre-workout nutrition.

what's your pre-workout meal like, and when is it consumed in relation to when you start lifting? 60 mins is plenty for a typical pre w/o meal to start digesting, such that you shouldn't vomit during training.

If anything, eat a slice or two of whole grain bread, a banana, and a protein shake prior to training.

How long have you been working out?

If you just started, then that's normal. Again, I would just slowly increase the volume. Add one more exercise to each session per week and you'll build up to a volume that you want.

thats great, sweets and fizzy drinks in the gym, maybe if your not sick everywhere you might end up walking out heavyer than you walked in.

1. some meat and carbs and veg 1 hour before you go in to the gym.

2. consult your doctor about any probs you may have.

3. consult a gym instructer to aid with your program and goal setting.

if you still have probs after this then its just in your head, you gotta push yourself. but only as much as you have been advised, if your not in a fit state then take it at a moderate pace for the whole work out.

why not eat an energy bar? I eat the snickers energy bars if I feel weak before a workout, and it gets me going
