getting that tight skin look

I am curious on how I can get taht tight skin look. I heard that you have to eat specific food in order to have your skin looking tight so you are able to see more muscularity. Im not sure what foods to eat and what to avoid.
I see guys who have their shirts off and their skin is tight. They're not in good shape but you can see some muscles.

I would like to have tight skin.

Can anyone give me adivce on it???

If you do not need to lose weight then it might be because you are eating to many refined carbs or sodium. Get rid of pop drink tons of water. Hope this helps.
 
what does carbs do exactly. from what I understand, they are the fuel for your body. you burn carbs from walking, lifting, running etc. I know that you should eat carbs before a workout so it'll give you the energy to lift. But what about after a workout. How much carbs should you eat???
I know if you dont use carbs, itll be stored as fat.
 
After a workout eat protien like a shake or a protien bar. This is immediately after...then 1 hour after eat real food in big portions
 
after a workout, you want the carbs to replenish glycogen levels.

as for how much right after a workout, some take in up to 100 grams. thats way too much IMO. i felt sick when i tried 75 grams.

i think b/w 30 and 50 is plenty.
 
Depends on the carbs, load up on fruits and veggies. Try to keep the starchy ones to a min(3 servings per day) make sure they are whole grain.
