Getting started.

Right now I'm getting ready for school. I never eat breakfast and fear that if I do it will be unnecessary caloric intake. I don't eat lunch either because it allows me to he more work done. I really only eat diner. So I am going to start today with more exercising.
 
Ok, so I'm going to be completely honest and say that I'm not sure if this is a spam posting or if you're being honest here. If you're being honest I do apologize for being skeptical.

When you're trying to lose weight one of the worst things you can do is skip breakfast. Your body needs food for fuel so by skipping not only breakfast, but also your lunch you're not doing your body one bit of good. If you're serious about losing weight you'll want to come up with a healthy meal plan that'll utilize all of the calories you're consuming. Having just one meal a day is no good and eventually it'll catch up to you and cause you to get ill.

If you need help coming with a meal plan just ask. There are a lot of people here who can offer input.
 
What other information can you provide us with? Age, gender, height, weight...
I agree with MandyH - a good meal plan including breakfast, lunch and supper is important.
