Getting my act together (again)

Okay wellll.....
I'm trying to get back on track. I'm 5'8 currently 146 pounds, over the summer I was 135 and totally happy with myself. However, I had a very stressful summer and kinda fell off the wagon per se. I am currently 20 years old and my goal is to be down to my goal weight of 130 by my twenty-first birthday which is in six months. My goal is to go to the gym at least four days a week and stay under 1500 calories. I've been inspired by a lot of people here, and also by a number of other things and I'm just tired of letting life happen. I want to accomplish all of my goals and sometimes I let myself feeling uncomfortable with my body hold me back. I know tracking my progress is such a great tool, and will really keep me focused!

So this morning I weighed myself....

Down three pounds!

Yesterday:
Breakfast: bowl of corn flakes with soy milk (200 cals)
Lunch: Salad with chicken gorgonzola dried cranberries and balsamic vinagerette...not really sure on the cals gonna say about (500) which isn't great i gotta cut out the cheese i know.
Dinner: A sliver of Taco lasagne...no cheese though
Snack: A spoonful of reduced sugar peanut butter

I'm off to the gym soon...I did my crunches for the day already so we will see how the gym goes!
