Getting Lazy....Oppps!

Ok guys I've been around before but life got in the way. Lets just say more has happened in the last two months than it did in a whole year...haha!
Anyways don't think I've gained or if I have its only a pound or two but I've started become very lazy. For example I'm at uni so I do drink alot but I've got into the habit of eating after a night out whereas I would usually go straight to bed. So basically this is just to help me be a bit stricter like I used to be and get more focused on my exercise. I still do it but I'm not as hardcore!

I also keep getting really moody. Like I feel down alot of the time and really wanna train myself to get out of this!! Especially since I seem to take it out on my family. Not quite sure how I'm gonna do it but today I've been trying to think positive again and its semi-working. Hopefully being back here will help too. I just need to think happy thoughts!! I get alot of spare time at uni and I think I just have to much time to think - I like to be busy!

Anyways Ciao people. Later I might give you an update on all the drama from the past 2 months but I dont wanna bore and confuse you right now

Come back home for a few days.
Decided to give up alcohol for a week or two, since this is when any sabotaging happens.
I dunno why I've started eating after drinking lately. I used to have the same amount of will power even if I was legless!
Ah well probably a good thing in the long run. My liver will thank me too.
Gonna go shopping with my mum a bit later, better than sitting on my ass inside all day :)


Food wise I'm thinking porridge, noodles, salad, sweet potatos and yoghurt - yuuuum :D

Food went well.
Shopping went well.
Took some Milk of Magnesia as the stomachs not feeling to great. Should be rectified by morning.
Now im POOPED!

So glad I'm back home and not at uni for a few days. I find it easier to be good when I'm at home.
Tomorrows plan - Porridge, yoghurt, sweet potatoes, lots of salad and maybe an omelette or something egg based with mushrooms, tomato and broccoli.


Have a work night out on Saturday so that will be my treat for the week. I'll wear something tight so I won't overdo it cause I get consious of my belly sticking out - good plan stan :coolgleamA:
 
On a bit of a high today.
Managed to eat completely clean so far.
Porridge, sweet potato with mushrooms + salsa + cucumber, strawberries and yoghurt.
So had about 627 calories so far and thats from breakfast - lunch and dessert!


Not sure what dinner will be but I'm gonna make sure its 'clean' aswell. I need a day of no crap to help clear my system a bit. Lots of fruit, veggies, yoghurt and maybe some chicken or fish.
Should hopefully feel 100% back to normal tomorrow.

Haven't been around for a while because the internet got cut off in my uni house grrrr!
Went away for a few days and ate like a :piggy: but did lot of walking which appears to have balanced it out. Feeling a bit bleurgh these last few days though. Got a dull headache at the mo.
TOM is due to make a visit in a day of two, I'm hoping this is the reason I feel constantly hungry! Either that or is it possible that my week away revved up my metabolism because I was eating so much and was a lot more active? I know being at home doing nothing doesn't help - I crave food when I'm bored!
Anyways I don't feel satisfied today. So far I've eaten:

Porridge + Coffee (283)
Chicken Stir Fry (270)
Yoghurt + Fruit (130)
Tea (15)
Weetabix + Milk (188)
Chocolate Mousse (90)

And it's only half 2!

Leaves me with roughly 424 for dinner. Gonna try not to eat again before half 6. Don't wanna be starving by bed time.

Might ask my mum to get some diet coke, because it does fill me up for quite a while! I know its not great for you but I don't drink it too often.
 
Day ended up going ok.
Just did 25 minutes on the Wii Fit after putting it off all day. Calories ended up being roughly 1421 which is a bit higher than I'd like but not too bad. Keeping it lowish this week to make up for last week but its weird I think all the walking I did has toned me up quite a bit. I'm seeing definition in my tummy and my butt and thighs seem firmer woohoo!
Up early tomorrow to do a food shop.

Then gonna be out and about with mum, I tend not to eat when I'm out since I don't feel hungry as quickly and I like cooking my own food.
My biggest problem is definitely boredom!! However I will be in the best shape of my life this summer :D I've lost the weight and I'm toning up, just gotta keep it up so I don't loose it!
Plus I'm planning to do race for life with a friend so gotta get fit anyway!

P.S. Found a picture of me at my biggest the other day, didn't realize how big I used to be!! I've lost about 70 pounds from then till now :eek: definitely gave me a burst of motivation, never wanna be that size again!! Will try and upload it soon.

Feels like I've eaten quite a bit and that works out to about 700 for breakfast, lunch and two snacks. Pretty good I thought!

Thinking maybe sweet potato for dinner? Dunno yet. Anyways off to town in a bit so should get a good bit of walking in!

After an easter style binge-fest yesterday, back on track today.
Despite eating to much yesterday and TOM arriving today I'm in a good mood and super motivated!
Done 35 minutes of Strength/Yoga this morning.

Leaves 655 for the rest of the day, and it's 4pm so pretty good. Normally I end up eating my calories way too early. I've started freezing my Muller Lights for an hour or so and its like I'm eating ice cream woohooo! Thinking of having baked sweet potato for dinner.
 
Hey, keep up the good work. Just don't cut your calories too low and you will be fine.

don't worry about the binge (not sure what you call a binge with the meals you eat lol). They are going to happen in your whole life. It's better to accept and move on than curse yourself on it.
 
Hey yeah I don't really dwell on binges any more. They rarely happen because I know once I have a takeaway or something I wont stop, so I just don't have them unless its a special occasion. My dad got one tonight but I turned it down...something I would never have done a year ago.

Been good the past few days. Stuck to around 1400 calories and done 20-30 minutes Yoga or Strength training everyday. I can really feel my midsection getting stronger so thats helping to keep me motivated!

Only bad thing is food is running out, well the healthy stuff I eat anyway.
Saturdays shopping day so tomorrows gonna be a struggle to eat healthy things that keep me full. Looks like lots of porridge and bananas!
 
Ohh that sounds nice! I've got a Muller Light Toffee yogurt freezing at the moment, thinking of adding some chopped up banana to it yummmmy!

In a gooood mood today. The weathers lovely at the moment.
Went into town to meet my mum with my dad and he ended up buying me some clothes woop woop! Then went food shopping and bought loooaads of fruit and veg. Hopefully it lasts me the week this time. I bought 900grams worth frozen fruit hahaha I usually end up eating it twice a day with yoghurt as my snack so it goes pretty quickly. Not feeling that hungry as well which always helps.

I'll be out drinking tonight - probably quite heavily - but this has been planned for weeks so I'm allowed and its a friends birthday!!

Bleurgh I'm ill!
Trying to stay on track though. It sucks that my digestive system feels mucked up too so it's like a whole body thing. Still been doing 30 minutes exercise daily though and meeting up with an old friend today so should involve quite a bit of walking. Hopefully my system gets back to normal soon.

In a supergood mood and super motivated today.
Was gonna try and reach 1500 calories today but eaten as much as I want and still half 200 left. And I've been more active than usual. If I get hungry again I'll have a small snack, but maybe I'll just stay at 1300. Might aswell take advantage of this rare oppertunity.
