Hi guys, I'm a heavy smoker who sits in front of a computer for long periods of time per day because of my work..bunch of friends invited me to join their soccer team which is something I was into when I was younger but after one training session I was seriously struggling to catch my breath or even breathe!!
In the end I had the sit out of the rest of the session before I had an heart attack!!
Just wondering if theres any particular workouts I could get started on in an effort to try and regain some fitness :cool3:
