getting easier...

Well today started out okay no jogging but i did go 2 times yesterday..and this morning i had the " big breakfast at work " however no potato puffs..just 2 scramb. eggs and 2 slices of ham. I figure i am still within my 300 calories for breakfast.

I have been eating fruit to snack on..today seems to be alittle bit easier....it didn't help last night when my boyfriend ordered wings and fries and gravy..i literally had to remove myself from the room then went for a jog.

We will see how the rest of the day goes..i am in aw of all the people who have lost so much weight you are really my motivation for losing my excess weight.
 
Hey! Why don't you tell us a bit about where you are at right now. You made the right choice in joining us. Sometimes the love is tough but it's always there!
 
Hey all
I made it through my day at work. I am at home now and for dinner i had a strawberry banana and yogurt shake (thanks to my good ol' bullet blender)

I wish it were the weekend already i do so much better on the weekend than during the week..just cause the schedule.

any suggestions for good low fat/low calorie dinners??
 
It's going to be a long road to eating healthy again i remember when i was broke and in university and was living off mr noodles!!! I am not going back to those days but i want to be able to have disipline again to not impulse buy. i
 
I don't know what happened today but i am starving.. i had 2 scram. eggs for breakfast with water and tea.

Lunch i had yogurt with straberries and a broccoli salad.

It's 4 and i am soo hungry..

plus i have been drinking water like crazy. This has been my 4th day on a 1200 calorie a day diet..but damn is this normal?
