Getting Bigger

Hey Guys,

I am 19yrs old and I currently weight 158 lbs. My goal is to get up to 170-175 lbs. I know I need to take in a lot of calories but I am unsure of what types of calories to take in. Such as junk food or healthy calories that will help me gain weight. I need a lot of advice of how to get bigger. Also, when am I suppose to take in these calories?
 
Depends on what kind of bigger you want to get. Junk food will get you bigger, but you'll gain a lot of fat in the process. So, the short answer is to eat a lot of healthy calories (lean proteins, whole grains, good fats, green vegetables) and avoid things like sugar, white flour, trans fats, etc. You'll still likely gain some fat, but you can mitigate it by keeping your diet in check.

When? All day long. Every couple of hours totally probably 6 times a day.
