Getting Bigger

ok, im 146 and right now to me im not where i want to be. To me im not big enough. Right now im on a diet which is eating 5-8 small portion meals a day, but i cant seem to do that becuz of my laziness. Should i just eat watever and try to gain weight or wat should i do?

Wat should i eat every day and how many meals a day?

You should eat 6 small meals a day. Keep the protein to carb ratio at about 1:1. I gained about 20 lbs (from 140-160) in only a couple of months but I ate alot...You shouldn't get hungry. If you change up your routine and keep your body guessing along with alot of food you should gain pretty quickly.
 
as long as your getting enough fats,carbs,protein,in a 24hr period then it doesnt matter if you have 6 or 3 meals a day,but eat good foods not crap.

we need age, height, weight, body fat and gender....to give you a rough estimate on where to start.

alright. i weigh 145, im 5'9 and M. dont know about body fat. im thinking about around 20
 
#1 recommendation would be to buy the book Scrawny to Brawny. It won't run you all that much and is your best decision in the long run - it is packed full of information on getting bigger from the best sources you can get it.
