Getting Big.

Hi, guys I am new to these forums. Anyway I am trying to build muscle and i need advice from some people on how to get bigger. Well I am 15 and about 5'8" 5'9" and i am like 135 lbs. tops. So i am very skinny and i want to get bigger and put on muscle. So what do i have to do to do this. Like what type of lifting and workouts do i have to do. Also, what type of food do i have to eat and do i have to take protien and muscle pills from GNC or someplace like that. Thanks for the help in advance! :jump1:
 
In addition, I suggest starting a journal in the appropriate forum section to input your thoughts, diet, and training. Furthermore, you can ask questions and these journals tend to get alot of forum member traffic, and it just may have some benefit to you.........

To get bigger you got eat more. Try to gain about 0.5-1 pound a week so most of this will be Muscle rather then fat. Get about 1-1.5 grams X your bodyweight in protein, <--2x of that in carbs, and let FATs fill the rest of the calories. Get on a good workout program and a diet as posted above in those links.
