SQUATS, DEADLIFTS, BENCH/DIPS, PULLUPS/CHINS.
You won't get "good pecs" without working the big lifts. DO THEM!

for the 3 chair push-ups when you say to max out on reps, is that for just one set or 3 sets? or more? thanks for the help
Do 3 sets of 10 reps. I go so low that my body is actually below my hands before i come back up. These will burn ya up. I also do all the other stuff, squats, bench press, french press etc. But a lot of folks neglect this simple yet extremely effective technique for shredding your pecs.
