punch stronger, get proper technique and practice, and power from your sholder, ab wheels are hard and just go easy on the sit ups and push ups ease into them and you willl get better! but the best thing for abs is a very clean diet not necisarily strenghtining exercises cause abs r made n the kitchen... good luck !! :)

Well Spider, it sounds like you're not breathing or are breathing abnormally. Find the balance and work with it. Also, your face turns warm? So what? Does it hurt? If not, fuggetaboutit.

To punch stronger, use proper technique as megan said, and punch a lot, full power. And by punching a lot, I mean a lot. You don't need weight or resistance as it is now, just keep punching. However, power comes from the core- hips, abs, back. Not the shoulder.

train your abs for strength and health purposes but to see your abs is all about the meal plan and bodyfat levels ;)

I've started eating somewhat better, a lot of 100% wheat bread with peanut butter and 1% milk. But I eat it a lot lol. I went through a loaf of bread in like a 4 days. I'm not like super fat...but i have some flab, too much for me...I have muscel under the flub, and I need to work on that muscel and get rid of the flab most importantly. What are some good ways to diet and loose this flab? what should I eat more of and more often?
