should i do like the situps every day or every other day?
T Tim_14 0 Nov 20, 2005 #3 Firstly, u gotta have low body fat, other wise you wont be able to see them. Secondly, abs are like every other muscle in the body and need to time repair themselves. So i would suggest waiting 48 hrs before working them again. Thirdly, sit ups are crap, do crunches, they are probablly the best exercise for your abs.
