Getting a 6-Pack

Hey, I was just wondering what all it takes to get a 6-pack. I have been doing ab crunches often (in fact, I just got done doing some). I'm not overweight, and I'm thin. But my questions are: How long does it take to get a 6-Pack, How often do I need to excercise my abdominals, and what excercises should I use. Any other tips are gladly accepted.

Body Fat under 8% and ab exercises. You can now search on zillions of fat-loss articles in these forums that talk about clean diet, cardio etc.
 
I'm not sure about that 8% thing. I used to have a bf% of around 12-13% many moons ago and I could see my abs. I'm not like that at the moment though but slowly getting there :p, the outline is visible. Not sure what my bf% is at the moment i'm guessing around 18-19% (very rough guess though). I'm guessing that it may have a fair bit to do with genetics aswell as bf% n stuff.
