I was looking at my old diary entries... what a spaz!!!
One thing though.. Too bad you arn't around anymore Canuck so that means I win by default... my scale this morning showed a neat 170! I'm surprised but its been a long time in coming.. I also said I'd post pics. So I'll see what I can do about that.
I have to take a moment to celebrate this goal because back then it was like, an impossible one. Now that I'm there, I'm tempted to trivialize it in light of how far I have to go. Which would be trajic. I've lost at least 15 lbs!
(Unless my scale is totally screwed...)
I can see now why writing down goals is essential.. its easy for me to get a little down over slow progress, but I was looking back at my notes and heres what I found:
From June 10, 2010 to Feb 8 2011 I have:
Lost 15 lbs
Lost 2 inches of bust
Lost 3 inches in waist
Lost almost 3 inches of mid type hip
Lost 2 1/2 inches of the fullest part of hip
Lost 2 inches of thigh (could be faulty measuring)
An inch of ankle
A bit of chub in my arms
Gone from a size 18/19 to a size 12/14 (Depends on what brand but...) And Large shirt to Medium (mostly) Gotten baggy underwear... Can even see some muscle!
Ok. Enough blabber. Time to take some pics.

I do like the crosstrainers...for some reason I find them a faster, more enjoyable workout! Time flies when I'm on them, and I find I burn a lot more calories!!
