Get The Message

Well, I've been having cereal or eggs for breakfast every morning and having fruit or yougurt for in between meal snacks. Lunch has been a little inconsistant though (oops), but my dinners usually consist of grilled chicken or fish and veggies or a chicken salad with vinegrette.

I did cheat two meals this week but I am still trying to get used to eating how I am. I'm getting better at it as I go. So far I seem to be making progress, albeit slowly.

Slow and steady wins the race in the weightloss game.

God that was corny!

But!

It couldn't be more true, ESPECIALLY when you don't have much weight to lose to begin with, which you don't. I wrote you a rather lengthy post in your intro post, which you never commented on. You might want to go back and read it, if you haven't. It is something you might want to consider working toward.
 
I did take your advice on HIIT. I do think I'm fluctuating my calorie intake without trying. One day this week I only had 1100 while on another day I had nearly 1800!!

The oddest thing happened. I've consistently weighed 118.0 both wednesday and thrusday morning. Then suddenly, I weigh myself today, and I'm at 116.8! I'm not sure what I did yesterday to go that low so suddenly, but I'm not complaining!

I did run 2.75 miles yesterday... the most I've ever gone without stopping, so that is probably part of it. I also ate only 1200 cal as well.
