Thursday, April 9th.
Breakfast:
Wheat toast, 1 tbsp yogurt butter, cinnamon (~130 calories)
Snack:
Protein shake (90 calories)
Lunch:
Grapes (~150 calories)
Snack:
None
Dinner:
Pot pie ( ?? calories)
Well, got up and went to the gym (and tanning) this morning. I did 4 miles of running and walking on the treadmill...walking at 8% incline, burns more calories. Then 10 minutes on the bike because someone was on the machine I wanted to use and then some abs. I contemplated on doing some more abs now that I'm home...maybe the Turbo Jam 20 minute abs or whatever it's called, if I feel like it. Although, I'd rather shower and go get my nails done...we'll see!
For dinner tonight my Mom brought home pot pies from Boston Market. I read that Boston Market is a good 'fast food' place to eat, if you skip the pot pie. Great. Anyhow, I ate about half of it and was full, then my brother ate the rest of mine and his cause he's a hog...good thing though because it prevented me from eating the rest of it later. It probably isn't as good heated up anyhow.
I hope I can get to the gym tomorrow. I can get called into work at anytime after 10, since it's Good Friday. The weather isn't supposed to be nice so there might not be many golfers. The gym is only open tomorrow from 8-12, so I might get up early and go, then call work and see if they need me. At least I'll be on the move all day if I do have work...
