Hello folks I'm back.

Sorry for the lay off, but so much else going on at the turn of the year.

Big news first We have set a date to get married 29-10-10.

However, over the festive period, i have crept up to 191lbs from 185lbs, however, my cycling has been curbed by the worst english winter in about 30 years.

I will be posting my diet and workout again from now and hope to chat with people as the year goes on.
