I know it's a lot, but I'm desperate lol. I'm going on that cruise for my birthday then and I just want to feel good enough about myself to enjoy it.

I'm not sure why I don't believe in myself. I just feel like it works for other people but not for me. Dumb, I know.

Today I've eaten some roast beef and chicken deli slices with some horseradish

Gonna go to the gym tonight, too. Hopefully an hour of cardio as usual.

This may be a wierd request, but does anyone know anyone who is about 5'6 165? I don't know if I look fat to other people or not. I know I'm a bit chubby but I don't know if other people see me as overweight or just as average.

based on the pictures you posted of yourself -you don't look fat... but feeling better abouot yourself is always encouraged...

I had a rough day yesterday, I was feeling pretty down on myself. I ate 2 go lean bars and some roast beef and turkey slices, and went to the gym, did 30 min cardio and 30 min weights (with the help of my extremely supportive boyfriend who got me to go to the gym, period, last night. I did NOT want to go!).

Today I had about 1/3c of cottage cheese for breakfast and a bag of beef jerkey for snack ("beef jerkey is bad for you blah blah") Jack Links was on sale at walmart for only $2.50 a bag!! Come on now, it's usually like $6! Besides, it keeps my mouth busy for a while so I don't really think about cravings.

Drinking my water already today, would LOVE some diet pepsi, though. I never know what to believe about that stuff though, I could drink gallons of it a day but I don't want to get cancer or anything crazy like that.

Ok So I've adjusted my goals a little bit to be more realistic. I would like to be about 155 by June 15th. I'm 165 right now. Still a lot, but not impossible.

I know i'm gonna get a whippin for this but I recently started taking hydroxycut. In my defense I am only taking 1/3 of the recommended dosage, and so far I find that it really amps me up, and i even feel energized when I forget to take it. I don't think it's a placebo effect because I usually draaaagggg allll dayyy even if I do get plenty of sleep.

Downside is that if I take it anywhere NEAR bedtime I am lying there wide awake staring at the ceiling. I can't really blame the hc though, it clearly says don't take within 3 hours of trying to sleep. I have been peeing like a racehorse, which I'm sure attributed to my 4 pound weightloss since I started taking it, if not entirely water-loss.

I find that rather than suppressing my appetite it has made me feel more hungry sooner after I eat. Who knows why, but it helps me to eat more requently throughout the day, whereas before I would eat 2-3 big meals a day. I knowwww I knowww mal, you hate diet pills. Hope you still <3 me, though!

I'll do my best to withhold comments as most folks will know what I will say anyhow and that really takes a lot of the fun out of it for me :) I need to be unpredictable :D
