A copay is a specified amount of money you have to pay at each doctors visit. Anywhere from 10-50 bucks depending on your plan.

Which I've been waiting nearly 3 months on for a diagnosis with 8-16 hour waiting room times (for a suspected case of testicular torsion when I first went in) and the hospital's been short on beds lately so I've had to stand/kneel on the ground leaning against a wall in the waiting room. My examination rooms have been spattered with blood, the sheet for my ultrasound had a blood stain on it, and the nurse tried to convince me it was rust, but I know what dry blood looks and feels like, it doesn't look like rust. What's more frustrating, I have yet to find 2 doctors who will agree on my test results. I WISH I could buy healthcare in this country so I'd at least be getting it...
Anyways, this might be a REALLY bad idea, so don't yell at me if it burns, but I know vinegar is good at preventing body odour. You'll sweat, but there wont be bacteria in it to make it smell.
Personally I don't think I've ever noticed odour wafting up from my testicles or anything, so I've never really considered doing much about the sweat.
Just you know, shower, soap, that stuff. If your finger smells bad after wiping it across the backside of your scrotum, quit sniffing it afterwards. You're talking about skin that forms a pocket between your ass crack and your anus. Of course it smells weird.
