I am not sure how long would it take to lose 20 KG. I would love and welcome inputs. I intend to eat healthy and do yoga for one hour daily.
I am pretty motivated. I'm trying to fit into a dress. I will update this diary daily.
I basically eat a lot at once, and I want to control that. Obesity has made me get breathless a few times lately. I am afraid of getting ill if I continue to weigh so much. I would love a more active and disciplined lifestyle.

Hehe, I kept these in my room for motivation. :p

Good luck! I'm trying to fit into a dress myself! Though mine is likely a good deal larger than yours. Lol. Staying motivated is the key I think. Try and make everything fun. I actually ended up rewarding myself yesterday for cleaning some of the house by exercising.

Make the changes feel like a reward for doing something you don't enjoy. I think you can trick you mind into believing it!
Anyway, I'll stop rambling! Good luck!

Hi Genie,

Do keep us updated about your progress. Would be great to see your "Number of KG lost" filled:)

Wish you all the best!

@Paladin-Cleric, thank you. Cleaning the house has its own benefits. I have been able to trick my mind into doing stuff a lot lately :D
@Rana, thank you. :)
@ChefChiTown, hi! The idea is stolen from the internet. :p

My progress: I did do my yoga today. But I've eaten a little junk food today. I had people over and it looked odd to not eat along :/
I don't intend to measure my weight everyday. I'll do it once a week :)

Day 2
I have managed to gain about one KG since I started. :/ Why did I at all check my weight before a week was over? I am 86.6 KG now -.-
Did my yoga. Had aerated drink today, about 100 mL.
I kind of like the idea of losing weight before my birthday. I am stealing this idea from Mia. Moon's thread.
My birthday is in the end of August. Is that even enough to lose 20 KG? I would have about 4 months. A little less than that, actually.

Day 3
I did yoga today. Have consumed more calories than I should, but meh, I have friends over. My cough seems to get worse. Walking a bit is such a pain. :(

Day 4
I did yoga. Had pastry. Sorry, sorry, dear diary. My special someone brought it for me. She obviously didn't know that I was dieting. I just had to. :(

Day 5
Did yoga. Had lemonade instead of aerated drinks whenever I felt like drinking something other than water. I plan on having green tea instead of normal tea. That's sugarless.
My waist measures 42"

Thank you, @Paladin-Cleric.

Day 6
I'll just list out the things I did today. Both good and bad.

Yoga
50 times skipped rope
Lunch was healthier
Dinner was healthier
Breakfast was sprouts
I had green tea
Lemonade instead of aerated drinks

Ate a sweet dish

I need to reduce 10" off my waist. I would really appreciate some advice. :)

Edit: I think I will also climb 4 floors and come down everyday from today. Maybe that will also help.

Good work! Your doing well!
Since I broke my exercise bike I haven't been doing as much exercise... Maybe I should take up something else. I noticed you have a few exercise options to use!

Good luck and happy weight loss.

@Paladin-Cleric, I know people who have lost weight without joining a gym or using machinery to exercise. There are some cool exercises to tone one's specific body areas.
Thank you for the motivation! :)

Now that you're crossing into two completed weeks, this should be a breeze from that point forward. You're doing well. The green is outnumbering the red and that is excellent. Even though you're not doing the yoga some days, the small extra stuff still helps quite a bit so don't feel bad! Keep it up, you're doing really well, you're going to be seeing some great changes very soon.

Thank you, @dudeitstime. I am really busy lately with household work, and hence haven't had the time to do yoga. Also I lost motivation because of recent weight gain, after working out!
