General questions

Alright everyone, I have decided to construct myself into a great physical standing, I'm trying to reduce my body fat drastically, by about 14%. And I am about a week into a regimine that I am doing upwards of 600 jumping jacks a day, and other mesciallenious workouts, I'm just curious, how long do you think it would take to drop 14% of body fat, any information will be greatly appreciated. I have also been staying away from carbs and sugars.thanks a lot everyone.

You haven't given much information to really judge, our genetics play a big part in fat burning, try not to rush things to much, it takes time.

Like to make a point about the carbohydrates, you only need to avoid the simple carbs, like starchy potato foods, you should still eat complex carbs like high fibre foods, fruit and vegetables.
