General Question

how often should you be working out if all your doing is bench pressing and curling (not a heavy amount).. im also thinking of getting a tredmil..
aswell if when you work out you dont even spend half an hour that will have no outcome correct?

Seems like you need a lot of guidance!

Never should you only be training your chest and biceps. Why would you ever think that is an option?

If you would like some help, I am sure I can offer some, as well as many other knowledgeable individuals in this forum....however, it appears that it may be a commitment that you are not ready to partake.

What are your stats?

Height, weight and age to begin with. What exactly is your training routine? What about diet - how many calories do you eat daily and what do they consist of.

Basically, as much info as you can think of and an idea of what your goals are and, we may be able to offer some productive advice.

as for how many calories i take in in a day i couldnt tell u.. i dont really look at the labels cause im not sure how much i should be taking in.. also usually after i use the bench press and curls i take a whey protien shake..

You need to be working your whole body, you'll realize it down the line if you don't listen now. With a barbell and weights you can do pretty much everything.
