I didn't put this under fat loss because I feal it has more to do with the gym. When i work out I usually buy water or bring water to the gym but I had some Gatorade last night and I noticed it has 42g of Sugar in it among a few other things. It seems fairly healthy from what I have heard about it and seems to do a good job in replenashing thirst and keeping you from becomeing dehidrated but I dont understand why there is such a high sugar content. Is it because of the energy it gives you or something? I was wondering if this is a good drink and if you can just have a few glasses of it a day and if thats good or mabey just one bottle when you go to the gym or when excactly is this a "good" drink?
