its amazing to see so much weight coming off when your not just starting. when you first start you get some good drops but man your dropping it left and right anyway. great progression you must be really happy.

Honestly I'm surprised that I lost that much, I did however kill it this week. I really notice a difference when I drink water. My two big weeks have had two things in common,

I had a slack week the week before
I concentrated on drinking more water

I've noticed a big difference in the past 4 weeks, I've bought a new belt, and moved two belt holes in the past two weeks.

I'm lucky to have such good results, but it is definately a great motivator.
 
I failed to report in yesterday with Sunday's Food Journal, but I do have it, as I am tracking everything on my ipod.

Sunday June 20

Breakfast (490 cal)
English Muffin with Peanut butter
1 oz cheese
small glass of OJ

Lunch (535 cal)

Turkey Breast on Multigrain bread
Salad with balsamic vinegar
Club Soda with twist of lime

Dinner (529 cal)
Sole and Scallops
Mashed Potatoes
Brussel Sprouts (My absolute fav)

Snacks: (650cal)
Beef Jerkey
Popcorn
3 Rice Cakes
Skinny Cow Ice Cream
Berries
4 tbsp whipped cream

Total: 2202calories

Exercise: 30 min running at 6mph = ~600 cal burnt.

Breakfast (342cal)

Mini Wheats with skim milk
1/4cup currants

Lunch (540 cal)

2 - Pastrami Sandwich on Multigrain

Dinner (460cal)

Chicken Stirfry
Vermacelli Bean Noodles

Snacks (886cal)

2 apples
1 yogurt
1/4cup currants
popcorn
4 rice cakes
1 piece of Bread with PB
2 tbsp of whipped Cream with berries

Total: 2228cal

Exercise: 30min @6mph =~600cal burnt

A little more snacking today but I ate lighter meals so it all balanced out.
 
Well, I haven't ben reporting in here as often as I said I would, I just don't seem to be able to find the time. I do however lurk around and read the different threads, and I am keeping accountable by tracking all of my food in my Ipod. I didn't exceed 2200cal all week, and got all of my exercise in.

My weight this week is... 270.5lbs

for a weight loss of 3.5lbs this week and 43.5lbs since April 18th.

I will be away next weekend, so I will skip my weigh in. My next weigh in will be JULY 10TH. I hope to be below 265! I can almost taste the 250's
 
Ate pretty good yesterday.

I ate 2135 calories according to my Loseit! tracker. I drank 5.5L of water not including the random glasses I had in the evening.

I ran 5km yesterday, and It was hard... Mondays are always the worst as I run on Sunday as well, so I'm still not 100% recovered from the last run.

My legs weighted a 1000lbs yesterday and I was pushing the stroller, my time was 32:15 but it felt longer.

I've also developed a cough when I start running, I don't know if it is mild asthma, allergies, or perhaps I'm getting a cold, but it's as annoying as he77

I'm off to Calgary tonight, I will get my run in tomorrow morning, and will weigh my self for the june Challenge, it will be on a different scale so I will see how it compares.

I still plan to get all of my exercise in on wed/fri/sun, regardless of where we are.
 
Well, I was away wed-sun and I didn't count my calories, mostly my ipod died and I didn't bother to write anything down.

I did watch closely what I ate (save for some skinny cow ice cream sandwiches and frozen yogurt)

I ran wed/fri/sunday as per my schedule, and I weighed in on Sunday at 268lbs that is 2.5lbs lost this week, which I am definately happy with.

18 more pounds to lose, 8 weeks to my birthday. I think I can do it but it will be close.

Weigh in day again. 3.9lbs lost this week, I was expecting another low week but I'll take 3+ lbs anytime.

Weight sits at 264.1 for a total of 49.9lbs lost. I am shooting to be well into the 250's by the end of July when I go visit the inlaws.
 
5K run yesterday, and a new personal best. I finished in 28minutes 32sec in the rain, and I got bit by a dog during the run.

Yeah you heard right, I got attacked by a large Labrador Cross, luckily I had a running jacket on and the dog didn't do too much damage, but I had a golf ball sized lump and this morning I have really great teeth marks and a bruise the size of a deck of cards.

Worst part was that the dog was even on a leash, and lunged at me (pulling the owner along), I had even tried to give a wide berth. At any rate, I tore into the owner pretty good for about 10sec, but then I tore up the last 700m on adrenaline alone, I think I sprinted the entire distance.

Next time I'll swing a little wider still.
 
very modest loss this week, -0.7lbs

I'm sitting at 263.4 now. I didn't stay as strict to my portion control this week, and I didn't drink near enough water. If I get back to basics this week I imagine I will see a bigger loss next week.
 
I just finished a nice 7km run with a huge hill (7%/700m) in the middle. Finnished 5km in about 30min, and the 7km in 41min.

Had a good day as far as food goes, I'm really hoping to have a decent drop next week.
 
For the first time since I started this journey, I missed a run. but i had a pretty good excuse. I spent all day Friday and Saturday installing Hardwood floors. 400ft2 I started 8am and went till 10pm both nights, So while I missed my run on Friday, I put in two relatively hard days of work, also I ran two longer runs this week, so overall I did pretty good.

Weigh in today was good, back on track.

My weight today was 258.8lbs for a weightloss of 4.6 lost
 
Holy crap

So thought I would treat my self to a special coffee this morning. I ordered an XL English Toffee from Tim Hortons, Haven't had one of those in about a year. It was so good... Then I looked up the nutritional data on the website...

HOLY CRAP... I was thinking 200- MAYBE 300cals but that drink was a wopping 500calories!!!

thats almost 25% of my daily intake in a freaking coffee !@#%$@!#!^

So I'll cut out the popcorn and night time snack to compensate. Now I know.
 
Down to 252, closing in on what was originally my December goal.

So next week, I will likely be setting a new goal. And maybe even starting a new diary.

I am leaving for Hawaii on December 4th. Thats 16 weeks from now. I am going to shoot for 225lbs before I leave on my trip that will be a little over 1.5lbs/week and a total weight loss from April of 89lbs.
