Gasman Round 2

We'll I had a good Run this spring summer... I dropped from 314 down to a low of 241.. In September I got pretty lazy with counting and I fell off of the exercise wagon... I blame the weather, but really I know its all about attitude...

I weighed in tonight at 261, up a grand 20lbs in less than 5 months... So it's time to get serious... I know what I need to do, I just need to make time for it, and start counting again...

I'll be posting my daily activity and food log, along with progress updates.

My goal is 241 in 10 weeks. Ultimately I want to get down around 210 by the summer.

Here we go again...

Good luck! I hope you find a ton of motivation to keep you going, thats why I love coming here and reading diaries, lots to think about and keep my mind busy.

Weigh in on Sunday... I am hoping that I should have some decent weight loss this week. I am targeting around 2lbs/week, but I am expecting at least 4lbs this week, just due to the water and change in diet.

It's been cold this week -20 to -30 so I have really been hurting in the exercise department.

Ended up having vietnamese on Friday for lunch and Chinese for dinner. No deep fried food, and tried to watch the portion size. Still felt a little guilty, but at the end of the day had a good day. I find it really hard to count things like Chinese food, or other restaurant food.

Saturday I didn't keep a strict count but I did watch what I was eating.

Today was the same as Saturday in terms of strategy. Watch what I'm eating, not counting every calorie and drinking a ton of water.

I stepped on the scale and I had lost 10.8lbs!!!

I'm guessing that this is due to time fluctuation, and likely water weight, We'll see how this week goes, and next week should tell me a little more accurately how I'm doing.
