Gaining Weight????

I am 20 years old and have alway been skinny but i think i am too skinny and i have tried many types of weight gaining supplements and none seem too work..........I want too know what is the quickest way for me too explain.........please explain step by step!!!!

step 3: EAT


seriously all you can do to gain weight is eat as much as you possibly can, don't worry about supplements just stuff as much food as you possibly can down your throat.
 
incitatus coodn't be more rite...2 many relt on supp's to do the work 4 them...if ur calories are correct than nothing will work...that should be ur starting point...if u want anabolic type gains go to my article "clean cut nutrition" at rich-fit.com...i'm posting the last 2 parts to that article tomorrow and try wat's on there...i have more info on it in the archives so post any thought u have on there

the deal with weight gain is

you must eat more calories than you need to survive, =P a surplus
with surplus, the nutrients would be used effectively for muscle growth.
i'd suggest you eat more vegetables/meat with high proteins etc. You also need to start a weight lifting regiment.
