Just joined the site after being a viewer for quite some time. I am tall and thin 21 years old, 6'3, 160-163 lbs and am dying to gain weight. I havnt worked out in a while but am getting back into it this week. Do you guys have any suggestions on what food I should be eating as well as what supplements I should get?
I was thinking about a weight gainer/protein, creatine as well as some protein bars. I am not home that much throughout the day and am forced to eat out a fair bit so Its tough to always eat perfect but I want to try and do my best thats why I was thinking weight gainer/protein shake for morning and after workout then a protein bar or pre made shake for in the middle of the day and then creatine for after workout.
What do you think?
