Gaining wait fast

hi there im 6ft 2 11 stone and thin body been trying many methods but i dont seem to put on weight been advised to eat every 3 hrs but i need ideas on what to eat to build mass and weight any ideas would be great.

what are you eating? do you know how many calories it takes to maintain your weight? if you were eating more than you're burning, you would be gaining weight. granted the weight gain could be slow, but you would be gaining.
 
11 stones = 154LBS btw
ok so , eat chicken, tuna, fish, eggs
veggies all kinds
fruit all kinds usally ones with the word "berry" is best
big one ALL natural peanutbutter MAKE sure all natural <#1
then supps multi-vitamin and efa's (flax oil or fish oil)
