I was at 222 pounds last year and I went on a serious diet which i lost about 22 pounds. It consisted of running 6 blocks everyday, drinking a multifruit shake every dinner, making a sandwich for dinner, salad for lunch, eating small fruit snacks, eating sandwiches for lunch, and eating whatever is on the school menu in the morning. I did that diet for about 4 months until i lost my motivation and returned back to my old habits. I recently stepped on a scale again and im................. 225 pounds now. I know i ate bad stuff but i dont eat like 7 burgers in a day. So I have not the slightest idea how I gained back so much weight. I do weightlift but i really doubt i gained 25 pounds of muscle since i work out to be cut and not muscular. According to my friends they tell me im thinner but i dont really notice a difference in my body only on the scale. So can anyone offer a explanation?
