New to these boards, and VERY new to working out.
Over the last year, I have lost 30 pounds. I definately want to keep the weight off, so at the beginning of the year, I started, mostly treadmill 45 minutes 4-5 times/week. Since starting I have gained 4 pounds! Im eating the same, Im just a little freaky over these four pounds that has crept up!
Maybe, I should tell you my size. Im F 5'3 and now weigh 119!
