Fuzzywuzzys final 30.

Hello everyone! My weight has gone up 5lbs since I stopped exercising and began eating whatever I wanted(Bread, candy, ice cream, trix, more bread.), which has been a few months now, and Im finally ready to commit once again and drop the final 30!

My highest weight was at 210lbs, which I then dropped to 172 without much effort over the course of a year, then I began to purposely loose weight. I made it down to 154, stopped trying when summer vacation rolled around, and now am around 157-160. Im 5'6, and am aiming for 130.

Ive got a bike, a biking buddy, treadmill, and all the brown rice I can possibly consume. Ive also got all the time in the world, seeing as how all I do when I get home is watch Dr.Phil and eat a bread roll.
My days seem so redundant, like Im just repeating the same thing over and over again, having to drag myself along. Im long overdue for a change.

Im in the middle of a cold(yay phlegm!), so as soon as Im all better, Im going to start the c25k, for the third time! Third times a charm!

Ive got a new goal! :party:

I guess that statement doesnt DESERVE the party icon, but oh well.
Be at 140 by the end of the month! Im 157 right now, so that 17 pounds. Ill go on the treadmill every morning, except when Im at my dads house(durrrr), ride my bike, and stop consuming 300,000 calories a day.

A few days after Christmas, my mom wants to goto some ski place and get lessons:)svengo:), so I HAVE to be in shape for that.

Yay me!
Oh and my nose is literally like a snot fountain. Its gross and amusing at the same time!
 
155.4. Im going to weigh myself every morning to keep on track. Gonna walk on the treadmill & do some other exercises after school.

Food today:
Breakfast- 3 eggs w/ ham.
Lunch- (NASTY)Luna bar and an apple.
Snack- Brown rice w/ cheese. (<--- Ill cut down on the cheese I swear. :( )
Dinner- Salad w/ lowfat gross dressing, 1 cup tomato soup, wholewheat bread roll

........... and 2 vanilla wafers and a BITE of lasngua. (I couldnt resist!)
......and 5 more vanilla wafers and an apple. (MIDNIGHT SNACK DUHHHHH!)

Lunch: Apple and slightly less horrid energy bar
Snack- Candy cane & brown rice w/ cheese.

This day seems awfully... familiar.

Dinner- Fish(Salmon.. ? I dont really know.) & brown rice. And two candy canes. Nom nom nom.

154.6! Havent seen that lovely number in awhile!
Ive finally got my diet conquered once again, thank the lord. Thats probably why my weight is slowwwwllly coming off these past few days. PLEASE, KEEP COMING OFF!

Anyways, since diet isnt enough, Im going to do the c25k starting next week(Im doing an automatic workout right now to prepare for it!), some exercise ball stuff, and bike riding!

I walked(FAST walked!) on the treadmill on this automatic workout thing, I went for 20min(out of 30) and got 1.4miles. Theennnnn my side started cramping up and hurting(still does :( boo hoo) so I got off.

Time for math homework, so BYE!

Breakfast- 1 Luna bar
Lunch- Bannana & luna bar
Snack- Luna bar & bannana & little bowl of brown rice w/ chicken
Dinner- Potato & hamburger(BAD I know but I was at my dads and thats what was for dinner... I only ate about half though....:leaving:)

OTHER- 2 small pretzel thingys. Part of a candy cane nomnomnommm. Yeah.
 
Hey congrats on the weight loss. Keep it up.

I see you put Nasty next to Luna Bar. Just curious to see what flavor. I love those things. Havent tried them all yet but the ones i have i really enjoy.

It wasnt the normal bars, it was like.. luna sunshine? Sunrise.. something like that. Blueberry flavor. It had a layer of blueberry flavored.. gel on the top of it. Nasty. Wayyy too sweet.

I love the normal luna bars, but Im getting burnt out on the peppermint ones because thats all I bring for lunch everyday. xD
 
Notttt that great of a weekend food-wise. I went to a birthday party, pizza&cake. Then today I had some cookies... But tomorrow I start c25k so clean slate! Woo hoo!
 
Finished week 1 of c25k.
I start week 2 monday, might even start tomorrow morning.

Ehhh. School is stressing me out. Seems like Im doing shitloads of work with no reward, like theres no reason for me to even be doing all this work. Just seems like Im doing all this for no reason.

Oh well. Maybe I can distract myself with concentrating on my health.
 
First day of week 2 was a bitch. Felt like I was going to dieeeeee. BUT, I finished it so all is well. :hurray:

Im not going to weigh myself for two weeks, so Ill check in on my weight at the end of week 3!
Today I was 154.4, so Im hoping I will be in the 140's in 2 weeks...
I havent been in the 140's since 6th grade! :eek2:
 
I really dont like my mom. I act just like her, so maybe thats why I dont like myself. I dont know. Call it teen angst if you want, but thats just how I feel.
