I just learned yesterday why they call the exercise "Rows".
I quickly went home after work and did my workout which starts off with some BO DB Rows. My back had that burn that indicated a good workout. I then proceded to load my kayak into my car because the river was perfect for a nice 2 hour paddle.
Well as you can probably figure out the result of rowing for 2 hours after doing my BO Rows...needless to say, today my traps and lats ache pretty bad. Hopefully i didnt overtrain them.
