Fuller chest.

Hey I was wondering if you guys could help me with this. Im a bit over 6ft and weigh 145, so Im kinda scrany. The inner chest (near the sternum) is more defined/developed than the outter part so my pecs arent rounded. How can I get a fuller chest. Ive never really tried maxing out but I normally do 135 about 10x3 and it seems to be the best weight for me to work out at.
 
You need to consistently increase your loads or you will not get anywhere. You need to have alot of overall body mass to have a thick chest. Including a thick back.
