Hey I was wondering if you guys could help me with this. Im a bit over 6ft and weigh 145, so Im kinda scrany. The inner chest (near the sternum) is more defined/developed than the outter part so my pecs arent rounded. How can I get a fuller chest. Ive never really tried maxing out but I normally do 135 about 10x3 and it seems to be the best weight for me to work out at.
